Shipping

A minimum of $25.00 is charged on all door, drawer front, and drawer box orders. This is to cover the expense of packaging and shipping your order. After the first item, $5.00 per item is added to cover the additional freight charges. Shipping times vary some depending on our work schedule. Typically MDF orders ship in 8 to 10 working days, and wood door orders in 12 to 15 days. We do our best to ship all orders within this time frame, but it isn't always possible. All shipping claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of doors by notifying Lakeside Moulding and the shipper. The customer is responsible for inspecting the shipping carton and the order immediately upon receipt. All claims for shipping damage must be made against the shipper. Our customer service representatives will be happy to help you file these claims if necessary. All claims for shortages and discrepancies must be submitted within 10 days of delivery date. All claims for shortages and/or discrepancies submitted after 10 days are subject to a minimum fee of $25.00. This fee may be higher based on the number and nature of claims made. Large freight orders delivered to residential areas may require use of a lift gate. Any lift gate charges or other special delivery charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Acknowledgement:
If you place your order over the phone or fax, we will fax, mail, or e-mail a confirmation of your order accordingly. This confirmation will include all door, drawer front and drawer box sizes ordered as well as the hinge location, number of hinges and special instructions. Your order will be on hold until we receive confirmation back from you that the order is correct. Your credit card will be charged upon order confirmation.

Custom cabinet doors and millwork are made to the customers specifications, therefore we cannot accept any returns.
